Responsibilities:- Monitoring and maintaining complex network infrastructures including L2 switching, L3 routing, SD-WAN, wireless, and firewalls
- Troubleshooting and configuring Cisco LAN/WAN systems
- Participating in an on-call rotation (1 in every 7 weeks)
- Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco network devices
- Strong understanding of IP networking, particularly with BGP and OSPF routing protocols
- Working with Juniper core network environments
- Supporting and troubleshooting Meraki wireless access points
- Experience with firewall technologies such as Cisco ASA, Juniper SRX, or Checkpoint
- Exposure to Silver Peak SD-WAN troubleshooting
