Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Motorola Capacity Max DMR systems across customer sites.
- Carry out system upgrades, configuration, and testing of network equipment rooms.
- Investigate and improve system performance, reliability, and efficiency.
- Provide fault diagnosis and Tier 3-level troubleshooting.
- Work closely with the operations and field teams to ensure minimal downtime.
- Support major projects involving system migrations and infrastructure rebuilds.
Skills / Must Have
- Hands on experience with Motorola Capacity Max (Cap Max) systems or equivalent Tier 3 DMR platforms.
- Strong technical understanding of radio network infrastructure.
- Good fault finding, diagnostics, and analytical skills.
- Enthusiastic, curious mindset - ideally someone who's genuinely interested in radio communications.
- Full UK driving licence.
Nice to Have
- Background in Motorola, Hytera, Icom, or other DMR vendors.
- Experience working with network equipment rooms, data centres, or radio infrastructure projects.
- Amateur radio background or personal technical interest in RF systems.
