This is a great opportunity for a Microsoft Copilot Studio Engineer to join a dynamic organization. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain production-ready conversational agents and automated workflows utilizing Microsoft Copilot Studio and the broader Power Platform suite. Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into secure AI-driven solutions, defining platform governance standards, and overseeing environment administration. Additionally, the ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional project teams while offering strategic guidance on capacity planning, licensing, and solution cost optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering directly with business teams to interpret functional and technical requirements for conversational AI and automation scenarios
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining AI-powered agents and copilots using Copilot Studio and the wider Power Platform
  • Building and integrating intelligent workflows using Power Automate, Dataverse, and other Microsoft services to enable end-to-end business processes
  • Defining, implementing, and enforcing platform governance, standards, and policies for Copilot Studio and conversational AI solutions
  • Administering the Copilot Studio platform, including environment management, security configuration, and monitoring
  • Advising on licensing models, capacity planning, and cost optimisation for Copilot and Power Platform solutions
  • Delivering high-quality, secure, well-governed solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary delivery team of architects, developers, and business stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (or Power Virtual Agents) and the wider Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
  • Experience designing and building conversational agents, intents, topics, generative AI capabilities, and integrations
  • Strong understanding of governance, security, and compliance within the Power Platform ecosystem
  • Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents
  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
  • Conversational agent design (intents, topics, generative AI capabilities, integrations)
  • Power Platform governance, security, and compliance
  • Environment management and platform administration
