Key Responsibilities:- Own and manage the Cisco partnership across technical, sales, and commercial workstreams
- Develop and drive joint go-to-market plans and co-selling opportunities
- Manage Cisco partner programs (e.g., Partner Program, MSSP Program), ensuring alignment and benefit maximisation
- Deliver internal enablement to sales teams on Cisco incentives, positioning, and solution fit
- Collaborate with marketing on joint campaigns, launches, and partner events
- Align Cisco's technology roadmap with internal services and product development
- Monitor and report on partnership KPIs and Cisco-related revenue
- Experience in vendor alliance, channel management, or strategic partnerships
- Strong working knowledge of Cisco's partner ecosystem, certifications, and go-to-market models
- Background working with or within a Managed Services Provider or similar technology-led organisation
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on revenue opportunities
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and coordination skills
- Cisco accreditations or sales certifications
- Experience with other vendor programs or partner ecosystems (e.g., Meraki, Palo Alto, Fortinet)
- Exposure to cybersecurity or secure networking environments
