Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts
  • Identify and develop cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure a best-in‐class experience
  • Support Account Directors with renewals, quotes, and sales administration
  • Collaborate with service delivery and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep Salesforce CRM updated with all activity and account information
  • Maintain up-to‐date knowledge of company products and vendor offerings
Must‐Have Skills & Experience
  • Experience in account management, customer success, or sales support
  • Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
  • Comfortable speaking with customers across all levels, from users to directors
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
