Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts
- Identify and develop cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a best-inâclass experience
- Support Account Directors with renewals, quotes, and sales administration
- Collaborate with service delivery and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep Salesforce CRM updated with all activity and account information
- Maintain up-toâdate knowledge of company products and vendor offerings
- Experience in account management, customer success, or sales support
- Strong communication and relationshipâbuilding skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers across all levels, from users to directors
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
