The team is hiring a Tier 3 Engineer – Extreme Engineer (Remote) to provide expert-level support, focusing on complex troubleshooting, escalations, and the deployment of advanced network solutions.
Responsibilities- Provide 3rd line escalation support for complex data centre and network infrastructure incidents.
- Act as the senior escalation point for high-priority customer issues.
- Perform system analysis and integration with authentication and identity services.
- Deliver engineering support, advice, and consultation across the technical team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within agreed SLAs, documenting root causes and corrective actions.
- Support and implement services across security, LAN, WLAN, VMware, SAN storage, and cloud environments.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers to drive knowledge sharing and capability growth.
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and partners to deliver seamless solutions.
- Provide clear documentation including incident response, reports, and technical updates.
- 5+ years' experience supporting and maintaining enterprise-scale infrastructure.
- Strong technical expertise in one or more of:
- VMware (ESXi, vOPs)
- Extreme LAN, Fabric, WLAN technologies
- Firewall services (Fortinet, Cisco)
- Microsoft stack (Active Directory, 365, Azure)
- Public and hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Overtime opportunities and expenses covered for travel
