As the Dedicated Trainer for Business Class product solutions, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering comprehensive technical training programs focused on Omada networking. Working closely with the Presales team, you will ensure both internal teams and customers gain the confidence and expertise needed to maximize the value of the solutions, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions covering network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Run workshops tailored to customer needs, making sure they can fully utilise our products.
- Provide practical demonstrations and real-world application scenarios to bridge the gap between theory and implementation.
- Delivery of courses (On-site and On-line).
- Customer webinars for a variety of Business class solutions/topics.
- 10+ years of networking experience, with solid technical expertise in design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Previous experience working for a networking vendor, understanding product development and the customer journey.
- Strong technical knowledge, with the ability to translate complex networking concepts into clear, digestible training.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on delivering training that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.
