Key Responsibilities- Partner with the business development team to shape technical solutions for customers
- Conduct customer meetings and workshops to define requirements and propose solutions
- Deliver engaging technical presentations and documentation (HLDs, LLDs, proposals)
- Work with SMEs and vendors to align solutions with best practices and customer needs
- Support the sales team in structuring commercial proposals, balancing CAPEX and OPEX models
- Act as the trusted first point of technical contact for customers, from engineers to CāSuite
- Ensure smooth handover of opportunities to delivery, professional services, and operations teams
- Proven technical preāsales or solution design experience
- Strong knowledge across Ruckus and Cambium Networks (nice to have - LAN, WAN, enterprise networks, SDāWAN and MPLS)
- Ability to translate technical solutions into clear, commercial proposals
- Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to a range of stakeholders
- UK driving licence
- Eligibility for Baseline Security Clearance
- Experience with wireless solutions
- Public sector project experience
- Network security knowledge
- Vendor experience with Ruckus, Fortinet, Cisco
