Key Responsibilities:
- Become a proficient user of Azure DevOps (ADO) to create and manage the squad's backlog of work.
- Create, define, refine, and elaborate features and user stories, ensuring they are developer-ready.
- Analyse complex business problems and collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to deliver clear, prioritised requirements.
- Identify gaps and provide technical expertise for system functional specifications.
- Support the design and scaling of new and existing systems, processes, and procedures in a cost-effective manner.
- Contribute to the detailed design of automated systems.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant Business Analyst experience, 12-15 years overall industry experience.
- Strong experience with cloud-native enterprise-level systems, preferably within CRM & Billing domains.
- Exposure to AWS core infrastructure and services.
- Solid knowledge of the Utilities domain.
- Background in Salesforce; familiarity with MuleSoft or other integration platforms is highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in managing, advising, generating, and prioritising a platform-level technical backlog.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
Salary: Up to £450 per day (Inside IR35)
