Responsibilities

  • Act as escalation point within the Network Operations team
  • Troubleshoot and support complex routing & switching environments
  • Work with BGP, OSPF, MPLS and multicast
  • Manage and troubleshoot firewalls and network security
  • Handle major incidents, escalations and real-time network issues
  • Support customer connectivity and production network changes
  • Analyse network performance and packet-level issues

Skills/Must Have

  • Strong routing & switching experience (BGP, Multicast)
  • Strong firewall experience (Any next gen firewalls)
  • Experience in high-availability or latency-sensitive environments
  • Linux/Unix skills – desirable
  • Python, scripting or network automation – desirable
