They are currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Delivery Lead to join the team on a 6-month contract.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Guide and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering clear communication and alignment.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects remain on track and on target.
- Oversee technical Salesforce implementations, including system integrations and data strategy.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and address delivery-related issues swiftly.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and efficiency.
- Promote best practices in Salesforce project delivery and maintain up-to-date documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with company standards and policies throughout the project life cycle.
Skills/Must have:
- 6+ years' experience in leading and delivering Salesforce solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud platform and its capabilities.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end Salesforce projects.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills in Matrix environments.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Architect) are highly desirable.
