Responsibilities- Configure and deploy RF equipment, satellite modems, and associated systems
- Support the integration of antennas (1β18m), modems, BUCs, LNBs, and RF-over-fibre infrastructure
- Carry out system-level testing, troubleshooting, and handovers to clients
- Support site-based implementation and SAT testing for deployable and fixed solutions
- Work cross-functionally across mechanical, electrical, and networking teams to deliver complete satcom systems
- Contribute to RF spectrum planning, GPS timing device implementation, and system-level designs for secure networks
- Experience configuring and testing RF and satellite communications equipment
- Strong knowledge of the RF spectrum, signal path, and link performance
- Basic understanding of IP networking β enough to support RF system config (e.g. IP addressing, switches, cabling)
- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment, including on-site deployments and testing
- Practical knowledge of systems such as satellite modems, RF over fibre, timing/GPS devices
- Field experience in SNG, tactical satcom, or defence communications
- Background in mechanical/electrical build and integration
- Familiarity with satcom terminals from 1m to 18m
- Understanding of secure communications or defence project work
- Competitive base salary + discretionary bonus
