Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead or contribute to the design of RF PCBs for fixed panel user terminals.
  • Own the electronics architecture and provide expert insight on RF design strategies.
  • Collaborate with antenna engineers, systems architects, and testing teams across international offices.
  • Deliver high-performance, scalable PCB layouts optimised for satellite communication systems.
  • Act as a technical advisor to the internal team on RF-related design considerations.
Must-Have Experience:
  • Proven expertise in RF and PCB design for telecommunications or satcom applications.
  • Deep knowledge of RF signal integrity, layout best practices, and PCB stack-up strategies.
  • Experience working on user terminals or related antenna technologies is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working in a consultant capacity with autonomy and ownership.
Nice to Have:
  • Prior experience in fixed panel antenna systems.
  • Familiarity with satellite communications environments and requirements.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in multi-location technical teams.
