They are seeking a skilled Network & Security Engineer to support the bank's data network and all other aspects of networking including firewall and network infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of network-related incidents, managing them from initial alert through to resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues across the infrastructure environment.
- Provide excellent customer service when communicating with end users and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support incident management and service delivery.
- Coordinate with and manage third-party vendors to drive timely incident resolution.
- Maintain and update comprehensive network diagrams, documentation, and technical records.
- Create new network documentation where required to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Deliver project activities in line with agreed timelines and objectives.
- Support the successful execution of network and data infrastructure projects assigned to the team.
- Contribute to the achievement of team goals through effective planning, coordination, and delivery of technical tasks.
Required Skills/Qualifications
- CCNP level routing / switching.
- Meraki.
- Checkpoint firewalls.
- Exposure to ISE.
