The team is hiring a Mitel Pre-Sales Solutions Architect (WFH) to design and present tailored Mitel solutions, support client engagement, and align technical capabilities with business needs. Responsibilities- Engaging directly with customers to understand requirements and shape UC solutions
- Designing and presenting Mitel / Unify Openscape architectures and migration roadmaps
- Advising customers on cloud telephony transformations into Zoom and Genesys
- Partnering with sales teams throughout the bid/tender lifecycle
- Delivering solution workshops, demonstrations, and high-level designs (HLDs)
- Acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers – particularly in the public sector
- Providing technical oversight during transition from pre-sales to delivery
- Strong understanding of Mitel solutions (certifications highly desirable)
- Familiarity with Unify Openscape environments
- Experience designing UC architectures and migration paths for enterprise customers
- Strong customer-facing skills – capable of running workshops and presenting solutions to stakeholders at all levels
- Enthusiasm to cross-train into Zoom and Genesys cloud telephony
- SC Clearance is highly desirable (or ability to gain it)
- £6,000/annum car allowance
- 20% OTE paid quarterly
- Training & certification support (Zoom, Genesys, Mitel)
- Salary £75,000 basic salary with some flexibility up or down based upon experience
