The leading consultancy firm has partnered with one of the world's largest airline groups with 600+ aircraft carrying more than 122 million customers to 260 destinations across 91 countries each year. They are currently seeking an experienced L3 Network Security Engineer to join the team on a 6-month contract based in West London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, implement, and support enterprise-grade networks using Juniper Routers and Switches.
- Provide troubleshooting and escalation support for complex wired and wireless networking issues.
- Configure and manage wireless infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of F5 load balancers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
Required Skills:
- Expert-level experience with Juniper routing and switching platforms (e.g., MX, EX, SRX).
- Strong understanding of wireless networking (802.11 standards, WLAN controllers, access points).
- Experience with F5 load balancing technologies.
- Proficient in network protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLAN, STP, etc.).
- Solid knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
