The team is hiring a Junior IT/Network/Voice Engineer to support infrastructure operations, troubleshoot systems, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality IT and voice solutions. Responsibilities- Providing 1st/2nd line IT support to internal teams and external clients
- Supporting Office 365, virtualised environments, and core IT systems
- Learning and supporting trader voice systems (full training provided)
- Occasionally travelling into London to deliver/pick up equipment from banking clients
- Working with a global team of 40β50 engineers across Singapore, Paris, and Stockholm
- Supporting high-profile customers in the financial sector, including major global names
- Some IT support experience β ideally covering Office 365 and virtualisation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to pick up new technologies quickly
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
- Willingness to work occasional hours outside core shifts (with excellent pay scheme)
- Paid overtime for any out-of-hours work
- Specialist trader voice training β valuable niche skillset in finance tech
