Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining Savant systems (essential).
- Supporting and configuring Lutron Lighting.
- Overseeing CCTV, intercom, and intruder alarm systems.
- Providing break-fix support and day-to-day troubleshooting (approx. 80% of the role).
- Administering Google Workspace and Zoom accounts.
- Supporting Ubiquiti / Unify network infrastructure.
- Delivering a responsive, high-quality service to senior stakeholders.
Essential skills:
- Proven hands-on experience with Savant (certification preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Lutron Lighting systems.
- Solid understanding of networking (Ubiquiti / Unify desirable).
- Experience supporting AV and IT systems in either corporate or private environments.
- Polished, professional, and confident dealing with senior leadership.
