A fantastic opportunity is available for a skilled Senior Project Engineer to join the growing IT support team. This role focuses on delivering project-based work including server installations, migrations, and upgrades—from planning and proposal through to completion and client sign-off.
You will also contribute to internal initiatives such as service improvement, AI/automation, and new tool implementation. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure outstanding IT support and service delivery, while playing a key role in meeting both individual and team SLAs.

Location: Bracknell - 2 Days a week (first couple of months more office based to get up to speed). Need to live around or commutable to Bracknell/Reading as you will also need to be on-site in/around Berkshire for projects.
