Responsibilities- Supporting Microsoft environments across Windows Server, AD, RDS, Exchange & Hyper-V
- Handling a wide range of support queries (1st–3rd line) via phone, email, and ticketing
- Troubleshooting complex network issues (Firewalls, DNS, VPNs, VLANs, etc.)
- Maintaining backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Working on customer projects and systems upgrades
- Occasionally visiting UK data centres and participating in out-of-hours work (paid overtime)
