Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to define business requirements.
- Maintain and improve data quality, including cleansing and deduplication.
- Provide 3rd-line technical support for CRM and Power Apps platforms.
- Optimize case management workflows, SLAs, and automation processes.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft Power Platform advancements and best practices.
- Extensive experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint integration.
- Strong foundational knowledge, including Exchange, Intune, and Azure AD.
- Experience in customization, CRM SDK, customer portals, and security configurations.
- Hands-on expertise in case management solutions and SLA configurations.
- Proven experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other ERP systems and third-party tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, security awareness, and compliance knowledge.
- 5+ years of commercial experience in Dynamics and Power Platform development.
