The team is hiring a CCTV / Access Control Engineer to install, configure, and maintain security systems across client environments. Responsibilities- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV and access control systems.
- Take ownership of project delivery from installation through to commissioning.
- Act as the on-site technical point of contact for customers.
- Troubleshoot, service, and maintain systems to ensure reliability and quality.
- Collaborate with project and engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Travel nationwide with regular customer site visits (overtime and travel fully paid).
- Experience with at least one CCTV platform (e.g. Hikvision, Motorola, or similar).
- Strong troubleshooting and hands-on engineering skills.
- Willingness to travel and work occasional out-of-hours shifts (with paid overtime).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Eligibility for security clearance (some projects are in schools and council sites).
- Experience with both CCTV and PA/VA systems.
- Knowledge of IP networking and integrated security solutions.
- Industry certifications (CSCS/ECS, IPAF, FIA, etc.).
- Company car and fuel card, with all travel and overnight stays covered.
- Work on high-profile projects across the UK, from stadiums to schools and enterprise sites.
