The team is hiring a Business Development Manager to identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand the company's market presence. This role will focus on driving revenue growth by aligning solutions with client needs, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the overall success of the sales function.

Responsibilities- Developing and executing a clear sales strategy to generate new business.
- Leading client conversations from first meeting through to successful deal closure.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across our services portfolio.
- Building relationships with CISOs, IT leaders, and senior stakeholders.
- Working closely with our Pre-Sales and Marketing teams to run targeted campaigns and convert prospects.
- Supporting the Account Directors in strategic pursuits, while driving your own pipeline.
- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with technology partners and vendors to create new opportunities.
- Proven experience in business development within the cyber security industry.
- A strong understanding of security solutions and services (e.g. managed SOC, GRC, penetration testing, compliance frameworks).
- A consultative, problem-solving approach to uncovering customer needs and delivering value.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ambitious, target-driven, and motivated by achieving results.
