Key Responsibilities- Liaise with vendors and design teams to manage and engineer the implementation of the CCaaS and D365 platform.
- Support project mobilization by coordinating efforts between internal teams, Microsoft, and third-party vendors.
- Define and document business and technical requirements, overseeing migration and integration across CCaaS and D365 components.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, program leadership, and cross‑functional delivery teams to ensure alignment and execution.
- Design and implement Azure environments following tenant and best practices.
