Responsibilities
  • Reactive and proactive maintenance of AV and video conferencing systems
  • Break-fix and fault-finding across complex control room environments
  • Working to SLAs to deliver a first-class customer experience
  • Assisting with installation and commissioning activities between support calls
  • Building close relationships with clients and ensuring smooth communication with internal teams
  • Completing accurate service reports and documentation
  • Occasionally handling remote diagnostics or system checks
Required Skills
  • At least 4 years' AV experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across AV and VC technologies (Crestron, QSC, Poly, Cisco, AMX etc.)
  • Confident reading and working from schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Full clean UK driving licence – this is a roaming field role
  • Eligible for SC / NPPV Security Clearance (UK National, 5+ years' residency)
  • Comfortable working under pressure in secure, high-profile environments
