Managed Service Provider expanding within the AI data centre and GPUaaS market. The company operates its own data centre infrastructure with significant available capacity, positioning it for rapid growth within the AI and high-performance computing space.

Responsibilities

  • GTM Strategy & Market Positioning
    • Architect the Launch: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan specifically designed to monetize the 4MW capacity via GPUaaS offerings.
    • Identify High-Value Targets: Define and prioritize Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), focusing on AI startups, LLM training labs, and enterprises requiring private cloud GPU instances.
    • Commercial Packaging: Collaborate with leadership to build competitive pricing models—including reserved and on-demand instances—that ensure maximum utilization of the power pool.
    • Value Proposition: Translate technical DC specifications into a compelling commercial narrative that addresses the global GPU shortage.
  • Full-Cycle Sales Execution
    • End-to-End Ownership: Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from the first discovery call and technical demo to complex contract negotiations and final signatures.
    • Pipeline Velocity: Maintain a high-activity pipeline, ensuring leads provided by your SDR team are qualified and moved through the CRM at a consistent cadence.
    • C-Suite Engagement: Build deep relationships with CTOs and Heads of Infrastructure to secure high-value, long-term contracts.
    • Forecasting: Provide accurate revenue projections and regular updates to stakeholders on the uptake of the 4MW capacity.
  • Operational Collaboration
    • Technical Alignment: Act as the vital link between sales and the Data Centre Ops team to ensure that technical delivery perfectly matches the commercial promises made.
    • Capacity Feedback: Work closely with the DC team to stay updated on rack space availability, ensuring your sales strategy is always aligned with live technical capacity.
    • Seamless Onboarding: Manage the client handoff from the sales phase to provisioning, ensuring a premium customer experience from day one.

Skills / Must Have

  • GPUaaS Expertise: Extensive experience selling GPU-as-a-Service or high-density data centre space, ideally to neo-cloud providers or AI-driven enterprises.
  • GTM Track Record: Proven ability to build a go-to-market strategy from the ground up and successfully launch a new service offering.
  • High-Growth Mindset: You are a "lead from the front" BDM who thrives on hunting new business and navigating the complexities of the AI infrastructure market.
