Responsibilities- Provide consistently high-quality technical service to customers, earning trust through accuracy, responsiveness, and results.
- Deliver actionable product feedback and insights to engineering teams, shaping the next generation of networking technology.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across routing, switching, security, and wireless networks.
- Manage and support large-scale enterprise customer environments, primarily remotely.
- Identify, document, and elevate product bugs with precise reproduction steps.
- Produce and maintain clear documentation, knowledge base content, and feature requests.
- Mentor peers, improve internal processes, and contribute to technical excellence across the organisation.
- Strong allâround networking expertise (Routing, Switching, Security, and Wireless).
- Fluent across WAN/LAN, DNS, and network performance fundamentals.
- Handsâon experience troubleshooting and supporting complex enterprise environments.
- Confident communicator with excellent problemâsolving and analytical skills.
- Calm under pressure, thrives in fastâpaced, evolving environments.
