Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in understanding customer requirements and aligning them with appropriate technology solutions.
- Participate in regular customer meetings to gather feedback and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

- Certified Splunk Cloud/Enterprise Admin.
- Understanding of data analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting platforms. Experience administering Splunk Enterprise or Cloud environments is essential. Knowledge of similar data technologies is desirable.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.

- Experience in maintaining strong client relationships.
