Responsibilities:

  • Engage with colocation partners and upstream providers to ensure network reliability and performance.
  • Respond to network incidents, conducting investigations, implementing resolutions, or escalating as appropriate.
  • Contribute to the development of an early-stage NOC function to support future scalability.
  • Coordinate with datacentre remote hands for physical troubleshooting and remediation.
  • Ensure that all network device configurations align with intended design specifications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation and device inventory.
  • Participate in scheduled maintenance windows, including configuration deployments and device software upgrades.

Skills:

  • Experience with Arista networking equipment.
  • Familiarity with other major network vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Fortigate, and Dell.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in complex network environments.
