The rapidly growing technology consultancy that is looking to hire a Junior IT Engineer to join their team in London.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone coming out of college, university, an apprenticeship, or with 1-2 years of IT support experience who wants to build a long-term career in infrastructure and networking.

Responsibilities

  • Building, configuring and deploying laptops and end-user devices
  • Supporting Microsoft 365 environments
  • Setting up headsets, peripherals and user workstations
  • Managing support tickets and change requests
  • Supporting new application rollouts and deployments
  • Assisting with vulnerability scanning and remediation activities
  • Working with Lenovo and Dell hardware platforms
  • Supporting Meraki networking environments
  • Assisting with Proxmox infrastructure administration
  • Providing day-to-day IT support across the business

Required Skills/Qualifications

  • College, university or apprenticeship background in IT
  • 1-2 years of IT Support experience is beneficial
  • Strong interest in networking and infrastructure
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 is advantageous
  • Exposure to hardware deployment and user support
