Responsibilities:
- Provide L3 support for Intune-related issues, especially for MacOS and mobile device management
- Upload and manage applications in Microsoft Intune
- Create and manage App Protection Policies
- Deploy and manage application updates through Intune across: Mobile Devices or MacBook
- Configure auto-enrolment for devices in Intune
- Manage Azure Active Directory (AAD) user and device groups
- Support end-user computing teams and assist with technical briefings
Requirements:
- Active SC Clearance (UK Security Clearance) is essential
- Hands-on expertise in Intune for mobile devices and MacBook
- Deep experience across MDM and Managing/Supporting android, iOS
- Strong understanding of Azure config and Intune device and app management
