Responsibilities:
- Own, develop, and mature a global information security and privacy training and awareness program.
- Review, enhance, and create training programs to improve engagement, learning, and retention across the organization.
- Manage the firm’s phishing simulation testing program and collaborate with third-party training providers.
- Conduct in-person and virtual training for executive audiences and facilitate workshops.
- Monitor the success of training programs, define measurable goals, and develop metrics to showcase impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet scope, budget, and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant cybersecurity and privacy frameworks, policies, and regulations.
Skills/Must Have:
- At least five years of experience delivering, developing, and managing training programs, with at least three years in cybersecurity/privacy.
- Expertise in effectively communicating with technical and non-technical roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to break down complex issues into actionable goals.
