The team is hiring a Mitel Pre-Sales Solutions Architect (WFH) to design and present tailored Mitel solutions, support client engagement, and align technical capabilities with business needs.

Responsibilities
Engaging directly with customers to understand requirements and shape UC solutions
Designing and presenting Mitel / Unify Openscape architectures and migration roadmaps
Advising customers on cloud telephony transformations into Zoom and Genesys
Partnering with sales teams throughout the bid/tender lifecycle
Delivering solution workshops, demonstrations, and high-level designs (HLDs)
Acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers – particularly in the public sector
Providing technical oversight during transition from pre-sales to delivery
Requirements
Strong understanding of Mitel solutions (certifications highly desirable)
Familiarity with Unify Openscape environments
Experience designing UC architectures and migration paths for enterprise customers
Strong customer-facing skills – capable of running workshops and presenting solutions to stakeholders at all levels
Enthusiasm to cross-train into Zoom and Genesys cloud telephony
SC Clearance is highly desirable (or ability to gain it)
Benefits
£6,000/annum car allowance
20% OTE paid quarterly

Salary
£75,000 basic salary with some flexibility up or down based upon experience
