Consulting firm has partnered with a leading banking and financial services organisation and is seeking an experienced Customer Journey Manager for a 12-month hybrid contract based in London or Edinburgh (2 days on-site per week). The role focuses on redesigning end-to-end customer journeys across Trade Finance products, shaping API strategy, and driving digital transformation initiatives for a major financial services environment.
