The team is hiring a Digital Platform & Network Security Manager to lead the protection of enterprise networks and digital assets. The role will focus on overseeing security operations, managing risk, implementing controls, and driving continuous improvement in alignment with business and compliance objectives.

Responsibilities
Leading and mentoring a team of 4 engineers (firewalls + digital platform)
Owning the network security roadmap and strategy β delivering technical direction and solutions
Acting as technical escalation point across firewalls, VPNs, WAF, SASE, and CDN security
Splitting time across projects (50%) and BAU/escalation support (50%)
Overseeing security integration projects following acquisitions and DC migrations
Driving the cloud security agenda β Azure, GCP, and private cloud environments
Running 1-2-1s, training plans, and development for team members
Requirements
Strong experience in network and application security
Akamai / CDN security
F5 load balancers (traditional & XE)
WAFs & bot management
VPNs, Firewalls
SASE platforms (Netskope experience advantageous)
Experience leading teams and delivering strategy/roadmaps in dynamic environments
Confidence balancing technical leadership with people management
Cloud security experience (Azure, GCP, hybrid, private DCs)
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, acquisition-heavy environments
