Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure and support Netskope cloud security solutions (CASB, SWG, ZTNA)
  • Support implementation and management of Microsoft Security technologies (Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID)
  • Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents across client environments
  • Work with clients to improve their overall security posture
  • Support the design and delivery of security solutions
  • Assist with vulnerability management and remediation
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and SOC teams

Skills/Must have

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Cyber Security Engineer (or similar) role
  • Hands‑on experience with Netskope or broader CASB/SSE technologies
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, VPNs, proxies)
  • Experience working in cloud environments (Azure preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
