Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, from design through to implementation
- Take full ownership of technical issues, ensuring thorough diagnosis and resolution
- Deliver project engineering services including low-level design, implementation, and consultancy
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical incidents
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and security-related issues with precision and efficiency
- Mentor and support the development of other engineers
Qualifications
- Minimum CCNP-level Cisco certification
- Proven experience deploying at least 5 of the following in a production environment:
