Responsibilities

  • Provide hands‑on support and troubleshooting across Fortinet SD‑WAN and Cisco network infrastructure.
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimise LAN/WAN performance across multiple sites.
  • Assist in network upgrades, patching, and configuration changes.
  • Work closely with the wider IT and infrastructure teams on project deployments.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers while maintaining strong service levels.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and network documentation.

Skills / Must Have

  • CCNA-level knowledge of routing, switching, and network fundamentals.
  • Experience supporting Cisco network environments.
  • Exposure to Fortinet firewalls or SD‑WAN (training provided).
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A genuine desire to progress into project and design work.
