Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of AV projects across multiple locations in the UK and Europe.
- Develop project scope, build bills of materials, and create delivery plans.
- Manage and coordinate external AV engineering partners and subcontractors.
- Ensure all installations meet quality, performance, and budget targets.
- Work with technologies including QSYS, Extron, QSE, Shure microphones, Logitech, and Sony.
- Oversee project documentation, timelines, and budgets using Monday.com and Airtable.
- Liaise with customers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Follow established project methodologies and continuously refine best practices.
Skills / Must Have
- Proven experience managing AV projects – either within an MSP or from an enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of AV technologies, design, and integration workflows.
- Experience managing vendors, subcontractors, and end customers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across regions with attention to detail and clear communication.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com or Airtable.
- Confident in working independently while maintaining strong collaboration with internal teams.
Location
Home-based with travel to client sites (Manchester, London, and across Europe as required)
