Key Responsibilities
- This role involves working closely with clients to develop tailored strategies across:
- Microsoft 365 & Endpoint Management – Intune, Autopilot, Configuration Manager, Windows 11 deployment, and security best practices.
- Collaboration & Productivity – Promoting adoption of Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- End-User Security & Compliance – Implementing Zero Trust frameworks, identity management, and device security.
- Cloud-Based End-User Computing – Delivering virtual desktop solutions with Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, and Citrix.
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in Modern Workplace / End User Compute consultancy or solution delivery.
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows, and endpoint security.
- Experience engaging with stakeholders to define and implement end-user strategies.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (such as MS-102, MD-102, AZ-140) are a plus.
- Passion for innovation and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
