A renowned M&E Building Services Design Practice is urgently seeking multiple driven engineers to join their small, high-impact team. They are hiring now to ensure readiness for key projects starting in January.

Our client is a well-established M&E Building Services Design Practice, renowned for their expertise in critical environments (including data centres, hospitals, and commercial properties). They are a small business (around 15 heads) with a tight-knit, family-feel culture. This structure ensures every engineer’s contribution is highly visible and promotes rapid progression through mutual support. Their specialism lies in handling all mechanical and electrical design for complex Building Services, specifically HVAC, UPS, Lighting, Controls, Combustion, and Water Pumps. They offer unparalleled project exposure across every critical sector: data centres, hospitals, government work, and commercial schemes.

Salary: Up to £65,000 (depending on experience)

Location: Stanmore, North London. 5 days a week in the office (9 am-5 pm) to facilitate close collaboration essential for quality critical design.

Security: SC clearance required for access to critical government and defence projects.
