A cyber sales role that's actually about consultancy, not commodity.

We're hiring on behalf of one of the UK's most established technology solutions partners β€” a 500+ person UK business, part of a global group operating across 11+ countries, with a serious reputation in business modernisation and managed services.

What you'll be doing:

  • Selling the security consultancy portfolio β€” GRC, penetration testing, Cyber Essentials, vCISO and the wider cyber portfolio β€” into both new logo customers and a substantial existing base
  • Running a mix of new business, cross-sell and up-sell across enterprise and corporate accounts
  • Partnering closely with Account Managers, Solutions Architects and the bid team on strategic deals
  • Running consultative discovery with security leaders β€” talking real business problems, not feature sheets

What we're looking for:

  • Proven cyber security sales experience β€” Specialist, BDM, Account Manager or Account Executive level
  • Demonstrable success selling consultancy-led security services (pen testing, GRC, ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, vCISO, MDR or managed security)
  • Comfortable running technical conversations with CISOs and IT leadership
  • Track record of hitting quota in a services or solutions-led sales environment

What's in it for you:

  • Selling consultancy, not commodity β€” high-value, high-margin services where the conversation actually matters
  • Small specialist team of 5 β€” your work is visible, your wins are noticed
  • Strong existing customer base β€” less cold-calling, more strategic cross-sell
  • Realistic, achievable OTE β€” targets backed by real warm pipeline, not numbers nobody hits
  • Brand credibility to walk into any room

The package:

  • Β£60,000 base + Β£60,000 OTE (Β£120,000 OTE total)
  • London office, hybrid working
  • Matched pension, private healthcare, dental and gym

Sound like you? Apply directly below to arrange a confidential call with myself to discuss the opportunity in detail! We're moving fast β€” if it's the right fit, don't wait.
