Are you looking to join one of the UK's fastest growing ISPs as they look to recruit a Retail Propositions Manager? This well-established Alt-Net is looking to hire a Retail Propositions Manager to join their growing business. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of this position and implement your own processes!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a customer centric product and proposition strategy
  • Define and build the product portfolio.
  • Confirm all products and services meet associated regulatory compliance
  • Create commercially compelling business cases to support all products and services in the roadmap.
  • Full ownership of building and maintaining product documentation.
  • Establish clear strategies for product pricing and positioning
  • Monitor product performance versus agreed key performance indicators
  • Create product launch and life cycles plans
  • Ensure full operational readiness through system and/or physical process implementation, cross functional team alignment, product interfaces and testing.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholder departments
  • Provide product training and technical support

Skills/Must have:

  • Experience in the fibre industry (ISP, Broadband wholesale or product/hardware provider)
  • Strong Knowledge of technology that is used in the Telco industry (voip, sim card, mesh hardware)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills. Being able to put a business case together and present it to board
  • Willingness to conduct market research to propose product portfolio development
