As Service Desk Team Leader, you will:
πΉ Lead daily operations across the Managed Service Desk
πΉ Own escalations, SLAs, XLAs & major incidents
πΉ Coach & develop 1stβ3rd Line engineers
πΉ Improve processes, documentation & service quality
πΉ Work closely with senior technical teams (Cloud, Network, Security)
πΉ Deputise for the Head of Service Desk when needed
πΉ Build strong relationships with customers & internal teams
β¨ What You Need
β MSP experience
β Solid technical grounding (Networking, Server, Cloud, Security, Modern Workplace)
β Confident communicator & natural people leader
β Certifications like AZ-104, AZ-305, CCNA/CCNP, VCP, VMCE (bonus, not essential)
