We’re working with a rapidly growing wireless technology business based in Bristol that is delivering advanced connectivity solutions into live rail and defence environments across the UK and the US. With global expansion underway, they are now looking to appoint a Head of Customer Engineering to lead and shape this critical function.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the COO. You’ll sit at the intersection of customers, product, engineering, and commercial teams, owning the customer engineering strategy while remaining close to the technology.
The Role
As Head of Customer Engineering, you’ll take ownership of a small but highly capable team responsible for supporting customers from early engagement through deployment and ongoing support. You’ll act as the technical authority in customer-facing discussions, help guide product development through real-world feedback, and ensure customers receive a first-class technical experience.
This role suits someone who enjoys leading people, working directly with customers, and staying technically involved in complex wireless and networking environments.
