Overview
We’re looking for a Network & Security Engineer to join a high-performing team within a global banking environment. This is a projects-led role with strong exposure to modern network and security technologies, alongside the opportunity to take full ownership of solutions from design through to delivery. You’ll be working in a collaborative environment with experienced industry professionals, where autonomy is encouraged—no micromanagement, just trust in your expertise.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and deliver network and security projects
- Act as an escalation point for network-related incidents, troubleshooting through to resolution
- Support and enhance enterprise network infrastructure, including routing, switching, and firewalls
- Maintain and improve network documentation and topology diagrams
- Contribute to continuous improvement and modernization of the network estate
What We’re Looking For
- CCNP Level Network Engineering
- Solid troubleshooting skills across Layer 2–Layer 3 networking
- IP addressing, subnetting, and OSI model
- Routing protocols: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP
- Layer 2 switching, VLANs, high availability
- Hands-on experience with:
- Cisco technologies (NX-OS, IOS, ACI, Meraki, ISE)
- Checkpoint Firewalls
