Overview

We’re looking for a Network & Security Engineer to join a high-performing team within a global banking environment. This is a projects-led role with strong exposure to modern network and security technologies, alongside the opportunity to take full ownership of solutions from design through to delivery. You’ll be working in a collaborative environment with experienced industry professionals, where autonomy is encouraged—no micromanagement, just trust in your expertise.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and deliver network and security projects
  • Act as an escalation point for network-related incidents, troubleshooting through to resolution
  • Support and enhance enterprise network infrastructure, including routing, switching, and firewalls
  • Maintain and improve network documentation and topology diagrams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and modernization of the network estate

What We’re Looking For

  • CCNP Level Network Engineering
  • Solid troubleshooting skills across Layer 2–Layer 3 networking
  • IP addressing, subnetting, and OSI model
  • Routing protocols: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP
  • Layer 2 switching, VLANs, high availability
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Cisco technologies (NX-OS, IOS, ACI, Meraki, ISE)
  • Checkpoint Firewalls
  • Experience supporting or delivering network infrastructure projects
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
