A leading UK-based Microsoft Gold Partner is looking for a Microsoft Team Lead to join their growing Cloud Support division – a high-performing team delivering enterprise-level Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions to clients nationwide.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide a talented team of engineers, drive technical delivery, and help shape cloud strategy – all within a forward-thinking, remote-first environment.
What you’ll do:
- Act as a Microsoft Subject Matter Expert across Azure and M365
- Lead and mentor a team of six engineers
- Oversee architecture, delivery, and continual service improvement
- Balance 80% technical and 20% leadership responsibilities
What you’ll bring:
- Strong expertise in Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365
- Proven experience leading technical teams
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Certifications such as AZ-900, AZ-104, or AZ-305 are a plus
