Our client is a powerhouse in the M&E sector, currently managing a turnover of £125 million with individual Tier projects valued between £30m and £40m. Due to a massive period of expansion and a busy project pipeline, they are looking for a process-driven Pre-construction Manager to lead the technical bid stage for major critical infrastructure developments. This is an elite opportunity for a Project Manager or experienced Engineer to move into a strategic management role within a high-growth environment.

Coordinate the detailed technical and commercial handover to the delivery team and support site-based queries.

  • 5+ years of experience off-the-tools managing projects or construction within Building Services or Industrial (No domestic).
  • Degree or HNC in Building Services, Construction, or M&E engineering.
  • Strong electrical background with the ability to read and interpret complex schematics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

A technical introductory conversation via Teams with the Head of Projects.

A final face-to-face interview at the office with the Head of Projects and the Director. (If you are local, this can be condensed into a single-stage face-to-face).
