IT Support Engineer (FINTECH)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support across a dynamic tech stack
• Supporting both Windows and Linux environments
• Leading and contributing to project work including system deployments and infrastructure changes
• Providing support for internal applications used by teams across the business

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
• Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies
• Network Engineering fundamentals with a willingness to develop further
• A passion for automation and continuous improvement
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
