Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver radio and communications projects from start to finish
- Support system design and technical planning
- Carry out installation and commissioning of radio systems (DMR/TETRA)
- Work directly with customers, providing technical expertise and support
- Travel to customer sites across the UK and internationally
- Contribute to system design, documentation, and implementation
- Support ongoing improvements in project delivery and engineering processes
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with DMR or PMR radio systems
- Solid understanding of radio communications principles
- Hands-on engineering experience (installation, configuration, or maintenance)
- Full right to work and valid passport (due to travel requirements)
Training & Development:
- Full in-house training provided
- Access to manufacturer-led training and certifications
- Ongoing development with clear progression pathways
Working Environment:
- Office-based role in Horsham (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm)
