Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver radio and communications projects from start to finish
  • Support system design and technical planning
  • Carry out installation and commissioning of radio systems (DMR/TETRA)
  • Work directly with customers, providing technical expertise and support
  • Travel to customer sites across the UK and internationally
  • Contribute to system design, documentation, and implementation
  • Support ongoing improvements in project delivery and engineering processes

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience with DMR or PMR radio systems
  • Solid understanding of radio communications principles
  • Hands-on engineering experience (installation, configuration, or maintenance)
  • Full right to work and valid passport (due to travel requirements)

Training & Development:

  • Full in-house training provided
  • Access to manufacturer-led training and certifications
  • Ongoing development with clear progression pathways

Working Environment:

  • Office-based role in Horsham (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm)
